Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the E-300 fan controller and power path? I changed the controller and checked the fuses and it still doesn't operate.

The engine fan is hydraulic. It does the heavy lifting when it comes to keeping the engine cool. They fail regularly. Replace the thermostatic hub with a Behr unit and you'll be happy for a while.

Perhaps you are speaking of the AC fan, just behind the grille?
