Hi, when my pedal is fully floored my pump still has about 1 inch from wot. Am I missing something in my set up?

Hi, is it a pump whit bigger elements?
At mine 603 ip was the same after rebuilding to 7,5mm elements, the way from the pump is longer as the way from the throttle cable/pedal,
so you must go down whit the cable on the pump lever or build a (i dont now the right word) transmission/linkage with an short lever for the cable and an long for the pump.

You could move the cable end where it attaches to the bell crank, nearer to the pivot point to get more throw for the same cable movement.

Installed:

OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
[i]Less rust..

Issues like that are why I went with a Bosch e-pump and Baldurs' ecu. I bet a lot of guys will be using them on 603 and 606 in the future.
