So after finally finishing up my suspension rehab this weekend, Istill have a bit of toe in on the rear tires... with the vogtland springs and 3 nub spacers it still seems to sit a little low, although I have a bunch of tools/parts/etc in the trunk right now. I have replaced the subframe mounts and bushings between the trailing/LCA and subframe and the swaybay links. I think the low stance is whats causing the tires to toe-in a little, is there anything else that I should check/replace? I am thinking about making another spacer to put above the coil spring shims, but don't wanna do that if theres an easier/better fix.

the toe-in was even worse prior to the drop spring install casue my stock spring were totally shot...

Did you replace the shocks? They will left the car a bit. I still had rear rake which I corrected by lopping 1/2 off the front. You start getting into scary land when you are past 3 nubs. Spring can get unseated.

yeah.. it seems even lower today.. I think its just overloaded...I installed new bilstein HDs when I had everything apart... Ill try to drop off a bunch of crap at my storage unit tomorrow to see if that helps
still gotta drag the camera from the boat to the street... maybe do that tomorrow as well

soooo...still no pics(actually a few on my cell phone, but cant find the fakken cable or micro SD adaper to get em onto the machine)... I did unload a ton of crap outta the trunk into my storage unit and it got a lot better... Ill try to take out some tools here in a few days to see if that makes it even better...

When you all say toed in or out on the rear do you actually mean camber? My Grey W123 sits low in the back and it is showing negative camber and eating the insides off the tires much faster than the outsides. My car is always hauling tools and parts and is fairly heavy in the back. I am trying to find info from Lesjofors on the spring rates of their HD spring for the W123. I am hopeing it would raise the back end to fix my camber problem and stiffen up the hadleing some for better handleing.

and apparently (per a late note in the first thread linked above) there will soon be a stateside supplier for the springs which is good as a guy (FloridaCyclist) had trouble getting a hold of them from the UK supplier that GreasyBeast and I got them from.

one other note: I am currently running no spacers, but I think the 1 'nub' spacers would fit fairly well(I couldn't quite jam the 3 nubbers in there...at least w/o a compressor) and they should still settle out to a comparable height.
