Just in the Stock inlet at the pump and deleted the lift pump. Put for big power goal you must change the filter because to lees flow in the stock one.

14 deg's ATDC would be good Wink

but, it depends on who made your pump, the man who build it will make his own ignition point, but almost every one is between 15-22deg's and thats where you wanna be close to Wink

I have no much expiriance with that superpump now. I'm on 15. Runs good. Nex dyno I can adjust to 13 14 16 17 and see what is better. At my old pump It was much more torque if I adjust 1degree later this was 19 to 20 best resault.

hi guys back angain with my projekt.

get build the big IC
was not much room for it but it fit good now.
ooh and i have install a 7.5 pump from göran long ago Smile the resault was nice because it was not full adjusted and got 800NM (before i had about 730). But only a fiew hp more. there is somwhere a threat from me: What Turbo for over 500hp there i have spoken about this hx 40 is over his range..

if i get some time the next steps

# i want to cut and weld my intakemanifold with front inlet as big as the IC outlet. i use the 606 NA because its so nice to adjust pump. i think i will use it again to weld some box on it.

# i must figute out where and how i should mount a external WG for the KKD manifold Sad i dont know how because its twinscroll and not many room for 2 wastegates...

# whaiting for the new turbo

how can i upload photos more than 500 kilobytes? or how to get it samaler.

thx
hans

What turbo have you bought?
I use the orginal N/A manifold too, what do you think is max for this manifold?
My turbo is a PTE 6766 with A/R0,96 turbinehousing.

Dont know what is the max. I think it's important how the box or plenum is made. I wait for pt 6766 t4 0.84 twinscroll ;-) I think I made an adapter for the WG pipe because I don't want destroy the nice manifold.

At first I would be happy with about 500 and good power at higher rpm. I think 600hp is not so easy to reach without headporting. (my 606 never opend yet) Also I get massive of torque and would be lot of stress for all other stuff :-)

I am using a 606 turbo manifold and have put the NA 606 throttle mech on top for ease of adjusting. I’m planning to make a plenum that sits under the manifold, so the compressed air from the intercooler rises vertically, enters the plenum from the base and then across into the engine. The path of the air will be very similar as the OE setup, just widened and optimised.
When I have access to a home computer I will upload some pictures!

PS Hansebanger - i love those youtube vids of yours!

Aha! Is the trwinscroll 0,94 and not 0,96? I also a bit of the orginal crossoverpipe so the air is in the orginal "direction" for the plenum. Will post photos as soon as the cooler system comes home from powdercoating.

I want photos of your enginebay;-)

That is a BIG intercooler. Very nice. Did you remove the a/c condenser?

(08-05-2013, 12:05 PM)hansebanger77 hi guys back angain with my projekt.

get build the big IC
was not much room for it but it fit good now.
ooh and i have install a 7.5 pump from göran long ago Smile the resault was nice because it was not full adjusted and got 800NM (before i had about 730).

# whaiting for the new turbo

how can i upload photos more than 500 kilobytes? or how to get it samaler.

thx
hans

Use imgur.com for image uploads. It's definitely the best image service around now.
