From top to bottom:
1) ELR solenoid - for electronic idle control
2) Vacuum control valve - for automatic transmission
3) Rack travel sensor - used by EGR computer

Thank you. Will the motor run fine without any of those plugged in ?

the elr controls the idle it may be too low without it however you can adjust this on the pump without taking anything apart. just loosen the check nut out the screw above the elr solenoid and unscrew it to increase the idle be careful as it is a sensitive adjustment. the brick on the side is the vacuum control valve for the transmission it regulated the vacuum pressure to the trans to change the shift firmness depending on throttle input. it is only needed if you have a vacuum controlled automatic transmission. the last connector is for the rack positions sensor which is only used by the EGR computer so you can leave it unhooked.

Yes, only the idle will be slightly low but it can be adjusted. Once you have the engine running adjust the idle. There is a screw right above the ELR solenoid, undo the lock nut and turn CCW to increase idle. It won't be as stable as it is with electronic control but it'll do just fine, engine speed will drop slightly under load as opposed to being pegged with the ELR.

The rack sensor is completely unnecessary since it's only used for EGR and the vacuum control valve is only necessary if you are using the 722.3/722.4 4-speed automatic transmission.

EDIT: R-3350 was faster than me  Big Grin

Yep, those RS157 are the common North American om603 turbos. Also you have the ALDA.

I need to set timing on my pump. How do i go about turning it by hand without ruining the input splines ?

I use new undamaged vise grips and only apply minimum clamping force. Of course it'd be even better to use soft jaws but I have not hurt the splines on any pump so far.

I ended up using an old microfiber cloth over the splines and spun it with adjustible plyers
