Just filled up with B100 (100% Biodiesel) ... anyone with before-after in their 617, especially with vids, post 'em if you got 'em.

Set timing to around 15-19 BTDC start up an listen so it dont rattles alot. Custom pumps require custom settings.
Take it easy when you bend the high pressure pipes also and check so that the throttle linkage works OK.

Goran, any special tools & information you recommend? My mechanic Will has the W116 300SD service manual for the MW-Pump.

Damn mine is timed at 24 BTDC. I should have asked you huh goran. I still haven't put the external alda on. Seems really tight with the motor mounts.

Also 300SD, what turbo you running?

Yes its a bit tight, in some cases the motor mounts needs to be grinded off a Little bit.

Dieselmeken, that is good to know. Two questions as I plan the switch from MW to M Super Pump:

1. You mentioned in another post that the M pump has lubrication thru camshaft on 617 original, when you swap pumps like this you must have lubrication from outside by a hose, as the MW has ...

2. You also mentioned in another post that you need other high pressure pipes, the MW pipes dont fit on M pump ...

... Any tips from Super Pump Man?
