Hi Guys
I leave here what I'm doing on my W202 c200d swap with c250td ...
I want to try to do the best with an electric pump and to have already mounted some elements of 7mm (Dieselkontor), then we'll see.
Also mounted 6 speed box 716.640 with clutch reinforced stock om605.
The next change will make a 76mm exhaust line, I still have the stock.
The car is not 100% tuned because I could not even put the tachometer working (even if someone can help with this problem, I appreciate the help)

Stock om601 picks up RPM via the starter ring and the om605 via another ring on the backside off the flywheel. Move the pickup to the starter ring and your tacho will work.

Was it hard to weld the stock exhaust manifold? For 5-cyl it's decent and the best thing is it won't take much space. That stock air filter box is restrictive without mods, if you're going for more than 250hp. But as there's the stock box, how about black silicone and black wrinke-painted boost pipes for finished oem-look? Wink

It was not difficult to weld and I think that will not give problems.
I worked the air intake box, I applied a filter type "HKS" with ram air intake at the front bumper.
I think I'll do 300-320hp.

One of the changes I have in mind for short is an intake manifold from OM606

The gearbox is the 220CDI (716,640)
I made the swap to all parts of the W210 220CDI

Hi
I need help ...
I changed the elements of 7mm of dieselkontor for some of the 7.5mm dieselmeken, only changed the elements did not do anything else ...
what happens is that the car was responding much better but from 4500rpm failure "does not pull" ...
Will be able to fail fuel in the pump?
