starting on next build was going to have 606 turned out too be too large,so fitted 605 and the supercharger i got won't go in either,so its going to be a bigger turbo would like close to 300hp will have m pump 7.5 but don't want loads of lag as its an off roader hence i was using eaton 112 to stop that .what would be a step up from a 606 turbo which aint going to cost the earth maybe off another car cheers

Not much help really regarding your turbo choice but on your website it says you supply M-Pumps.

Where are you getting them from? How much are you charging for them, I'm not a million miles away from southampton.

Hi Gary... I can't help with the Turbo but I like what you've done with the HP22. When you said that the 606 was too long, is that because the HP22 came too far forward when mated to the LT230 or was it that it just wouldn't fit between the bulkhead and rad panel?

I'm planning a 200tdi Defender to OM606 with 722.6 autobox conversion. How did the front bowl sump on the 605 line up against the top of the axles on the Discovery? What did you go for with the torque converter and flex plate set up? Just curious as it seemed like a lot of work finding flex plates etc to match the two together.

Thanks

mat   its the bulk head and rad panel you could just get it in but tight ,defender would be better.i make a conversion to use hp22 flex plate and torque converter and bolt the merc and hp22 together and the lt230 bolts in original position job done

Fair play... How will the HP22 cope with the torque from the OM605? Are you using a bigger torque converter or have you done anything with the internals?
