Hi guys!!

Finally i wrecked a stock(Borg-warner) tranny!!!
60,000km with 6mm pump, 5000km more with 7.5mm

Turbo is still a garrett stock. just 1.4bars of boost.

I was cruising on outside circle road with 5th, 2300rpm

Down shifted to 3rd gear, engaged the clutch and crushed.

whatever......

Ssangyong used 3 kind of Manual tranny,
mine was SMF borg-warner. the first one
the second one is Borg-warner DMF type
the third one is 'Hyundai WIA' made DMFtype tranny

(all 3 are compatible with OM60*, M10* motors)

The third one is wat i choose.
it's a stock tranny too. But extremely enhanced durability for high-torque
and it's targeting about 500hp.

it's a typical RR type gearbox.

and i think i can ship it from here if who needed

http://www.hyundai-wia.com/download/automotive.pdf
Click the link and find a A100 model. Catalog says 170hp holding But it's just a stock engine power

What about this one? M6VR2 looks like a strong one on paper. Does it fit the Mercedes engine?

That gearbox came in the Hyundai Genesis Coupé 3.8 v6 model according to Mr. Google.

It's for a Hyundai GENISIS Coupe 2.0, 3.8 gasoline engine. as you know

i don't think it'll fit to om60*

Maybe customize the bell housingTongue

Are the ssangyong om602 gearboxes suitable for power increases?

i am aiming to install an om605 on to a Pajero mk2 and would like to go with a bolt on gearbox instead of an adapter plate and custom flywheel.

Thanks

It can take some of that

But if you can find 2005MY Musso sports, Use that tranny would be way better than standard Borg-Warner
