Yes, i am very exited to get this turbo on the engineSmile It is very big, and the exhaust housing was massive...But if i can downsize it to about 18-20, i hope we can get boost above 4-4500 rpm.

The first stage will be a Garrett gt2260v turbo for earli spool up, the secound stage is not yet desided! Need to calculate on this oneWink

The setup and routing of these three turbos is where the secret comes Big Grin Hoho

Stay tuned guys, for this will be a fun project! Startup will be late spring 2013Wink

are you going to weld the housing with a cast rod? some people say to heat the housing in an oven before you weld it.

I am quit positive that it will not spool that fastWink But if it is too small, then i make it bigger...

Next step will be the quickspool valve...Hope i can run one channel on the hx60 on low rpm, same on the hx38Smile

(04-01-2013, 06:26 AM)GeorgeHasmanda Very nice job.Whats your goal?
the goal is to have enough air to burn whatever pump i mountSmile Hx55 has been proven to handle over 800hp on a om606, so i hope the hx60 will do the jobWink

(04-01-2013, 08:15 AM)HaavardPYA Will the big compressor feed the small compressor and the small turbine feed the big turbine?

The small turbine feed the big one yes, and then the small turbine will be bypassed by two wg...And this exhaust goes into the other intake on the hx60Wink
The compressors will be coupled in a sequential setup, with the checkvalve!
