om intake manifold thread - willbhere4u - 02-07-2013 Is there any disadvantage with running a om606 N/A intake on an om606 turbo engine? Do they flow different? I am doing a swap and the NA intake would get the crossover tube to the passenger side of the car closer to the turbo I was thinking of mounting a small intercooler in the dead space behind the RH front bumper on a W126 300SDL? I don't know if i can fit a FMIC behind a euro w126 front bumper? RE: om intake manifold thread - Druk - 02-08-2013 Can't see why there should be any difference in flow, just remove all the flaps and levers on the N/A manifold. If you have the space under the bonnet for the crossover pipes why not fit a water/air intercooler in there and cut down on the distance round the front of the engine the air has to travel. http://www.frozenboost.com/ .
