I checked the SCCA website and im out of luck because they have no events in California for 2010.

I ocasionally take my 240 out to old dirt/gravel roads, or atv trails and get sidways in the dirt, and hit the bumps maybe a little faster than i should.
It seems like these cars can take everything you throw at them and then some more.

February 28! Please note: this one is on a Sunday! Maybe a few more of us can come this time since we have a little more time to plan for it! Since this one still falls under the category of a relatively last minute add on, I expect it will be a low turn out day as well! And even if the turnout is a little greater than it was Saturday, it's alright because we'll have more time between runs for engine cool down! I could have used that! Let's hope a cold front blows through the day before!

The only problem I was having was on a couple runs where I was hitting this bump hard, catching some air - the throttle linkage would pop apart.
I'm commuting 500 miles+ weekly, I have really fallen in love with 240D's, what a great commuter these are. This one is rusty, but I'll keep her around for another winter.

$100 - Manual tranny setup. I have a manual transmission from pullapart I plan on donating. They have someone who can do the DS. I was thinking a 3.69 or 3.47 rear end might pep things up a bit.

So thats a $150 left.

Strip interior and glass.
Reinforce trunk..
Change the tank setup to load fuel via med kit.
Chop springs?
Rack limiter is removed.
