I sold my 2.5T and no longer need any of my spare 602 pumps. I have three pumps available... details are below:

Pump #1 - Rebuilt:
This is for a 1992-1993 300D 2.5 Turbo, but it will also work perfectly on a 1990-1991 300D 2.5 Turbo, and the 1987 190D Turbo. The pump was rebuilt by Pacific Fuel Injection in California. I bought this pump because my car was getting lower MPG than I thought it should, and I couldn't find anything else wrong, so I suspected the injection pump. I installed this pump on my car and after a few tanks of fuel, I found that the fuel economy was no different. So I removed the rebuilt pump and re-installed my old one. This rebuilt pump is in flawless condition. Click here to view high-res photos. I guarantee that it is not DOA. You will receive the pump exactly as seen in the pictures, including the rebuilt ALDA, and fuel lift pump. I will also include a brand new O-ring seal for the front of the pump, where it mates with the engine block.

Pump #2 - Re-sealed:
This is for a 1990-1991 300D 2.5 Turbo, but it will also work perfectly on a 1992-1993 300D 2.5 Turbo, or 1987 190D Turbo. I bought this pump used, tested it on my car (click here to download a 6MB video), and then re-sealed it. It has new delivery valve seals, plus all external seals (side cover, bottom cover, rear cover, vac shutoff, ELR, and stop lever shaft). The ALDA was tested and holds a steady 15psi. The VCV was adjusted per factory spec and tested with vacuum, it also operates perfectly. All seals & gaskets used are OE Genuine Mercedes from the dealership. Click here to view photos. I guarantee that this pump is not DOA. You will receive the pump exactly as seen in the pictures, including the ALDA, fuel lift pump, and VCV. I will also include a brand new O-ring seal for the front of the pump, where it mates with the engine block (this seal should always be replaced when installing the pump).

Pump #3 - Core - Needs Work:
This pump is for a 1990-1991 300D 2.5 Turbo. I bought it used from a forum member a couple of years ago and put it on the shelf without testing it (my mistake!). I recently discovered that the rack is very stiff, like the elements are gummed up. The rack will move when pried side to side with a screwdriver, but it does NOT move easily like it should. I know nothing else about this pump - all I did was remove the side cover to check the rack movement. Please assume this pump will need a rebuild including all new seals and a thorough cleaning of the elements. Photos are here, and as with the first two pumps, you'll get exactly what you see in the pictures.

Prices:
Pump 1 = $850 - SOLD
Pump 2 = $550 - SOLD
Pump 3 = $150 - SOLD

Free shipping in the USA. Email me with any questions... thanks!
