I`m planning to exchange my nozzles on my OM603A, I now have standard Bosch nozzles(264000 miles), three of them is good, and three sprays bad and leaking, the pressure was 144-145 bars at all six actually.

Is there some types or brands of nozzles who is better than other, maybe a newer type bosch could fit an do a better job.

I believe I`ve heard about sonthing called "bozio" or something, is that correct, is that "good shit"?

No plans on high power, but I plan to adjust a little(1 bar boost and some more diesel).

Thanks

I found them, 127,5 $ for six of them.

But I`m in Norway, and they only send to 48 lower states.
Maybe a buddy of mine could bring them, he goes to school there to be a pilot.

I found the german producent, but no nozzles for mercedes 603, do you have the part number from monark or the number on the nozzles?

No one on anything else than US ebay. Nothing else than mercedessource on google.

Thnx

Bosio makes good nozzles - I don't know of anyone but TDIs running them, even though they do make nozzles for other engines.

I ran the PowerPlus 520 (?) in my TDI - got them from Kerma TDI. Great power and good smoke control...not like the .260mm shower nozzle race nozzles I got from Canada and had in another TDI. Smile

On edit: Looks like mercedessource.com does not offer any Monark nozzles for the OM606. Darn.

Matt
