About how much is a 722.3 worth?
So how much is a 722.3 worth in demonstrably working order? I'd like to get as much as reasonable for it, Los Angeles area. I could go check Craigslist but some folk there want more for a 617a on a stand than I paid for my whole 300D...and just because someone posts an item for X price doesn't mean it's worth that much.

11-20-2009, 01:54 PM #1I think I'd rather sell this transmission in good working order than throw it in the 240D. I figure if I can get a few bucks for the auto trans I can just go pull another 4 speed and pedal if I want to get it back running again with the proceeds.

The car does seem moderately well taken car for, the owner lost it to impound due to a suspended license. Fluid looks good.

11-20-2009, 03:50 PM #3I can't say how many miles it might have on it...the car itself has 300k. There's no way it's the original, but it could have 6 digits on it for all I know.
