That is might be the casefor the mercedes blower, I think it is an M60, but the M90 is different it a much smaller outlet assembly - google M90 for Thunderbird S/C and you will see. It would require quite a bit of fabbing to fit one.
Here is a sample that has the OEM fittingd for the T-Bird:
