Those may be with different outer sizes as used for phasing of elements,,,,I looked up the PNs for the OM605.912 (PES5M55C320RS202) and OM606.912 (PES6M55C320RS204), and they share the same 25 roller sizes. Looking at the part/prod use, a ton of 4, 5, and 6 element flange-mounted M-pumps use these same tappets. All the pumps that share these rollers have "C320" in the name, but not all pumps with "C320" in the name share these rollers, some are 3 cylinder.
