I have a set of 6420701587's and a 211.022 with 2 dead injectors.

I have a set of 6420701587's and a 211.022 with 2 dead injectors.

Ex: 525tds 130kW, C250TD 160kW, E320CDI 200kW, ML400CDI 230kW, A6 R5TDI 130kW
Now: Q7 V8TDI 240kW, 320d 150kW, 335d 210kW
If the bosch number dont match you cant use them. Simple as that. Well you can of course but not without recalibration of ECU otherwise clodged DPF all the time and other problems.

Most probably the 642 injector only differ from 611 on the coil settings, and of course nozle... as one 1250 bar and the other is 1500.
Do they run , yes they do does the engine works well most probably yes.
What canot be done is using only 2 in a set of 4.
Ecu recalibration yes but that u should do everitime u change injectors. Calibtation with a new part number.
