85 123 cali model. 3.0l om 603/5speed he341, 50mm W/G open dump, ceramic crappy clutch, intercooler, intake manifold. 2.88 diff lol.










stock elements in the 603 for now. need to change the trans cause that is going to die also. was thinking of doing a cd009 ctrans but it seems the flywheel might be too dimensionally complicated sooo now it looks like the getrag cause the clutch is much more strait forward.. unless you guys have other obscure ideas for a solid 5 or 6 speed manual.

is there a reference thread for trans swaps?/bellhousing cut and swaps?

need to figure out a different trans cause its already pissed with only 5.5mm elements... then diff and suspension. but for now its daily as described above.

Nice setup! I would've loved to see a detailed build thread of your journey. Your exhaust manifold is one of a kind, is there a discernible difference in engine bay temperature with schedule 40 pipe? What is the top end of your intake manifold off of?

everything exhaust wise runs pretty cool cause its all big and un restrictive. when im in the power the external waste gate is open. that is sorta dark, but nothing i would call hot. im not even what a normal stainless petrol header would be after a month of use.


i would post pics but photo bucket sucks/too much work, and the file attachment chingas on here doesn't work.
