OM648 W211 E320 CDI Intercooler Upgrades?
OM648 W211 E320 CDI Intercooler Upgrades?
I have access to a CNC machine and would like to have some custom plug and play end tanks made to be installed on a larger and more efficient bar and plate core to improve performance.
Does anyone have files for making these or dimensions? Any experience in making them? I know there is not a huge market for this, but it would be nice to be able to help out at least a few people.
There seem to be no readily available upgrades for this vehicles intercooler. My IATs increase very rapidly so this would have to help performance and lower EGTs. I also have a custom tune in the car as well.

10-20-2020, 06:34 AM #4$400 is very pricey for that IC. I've seen universal ones on ebay for a lot less that look identical. At any rate, check the specs on any aftermarket ic you find and compare with your stock one..
