Would  i be able to get 240hp  out of the stock turbo on om606 ?


If not what is a good turbo for my power requerment ?

Yes that's about the max for the stock turbo. You just have to make sure you have a good air box and filter. A restrictive inlet will overspeed the turbo and break the shaft.
You'll have to run 1.5 bar boost to make that power.

Would a hx30  or hy35 be a better turbo for my power goals ? Or should i just stick with the stock kkk turbo ?

The motor is going in to a pick up truck so i would like the boost to come in as early as possible.

If 240hp is your power goal, then you'll be able to do it with the stock turbo and get the best possible response.
I'd forget about a Holset if you want boost as early as possible, they are mostly designed for stationary engines and big heavy trucks. I'd rather use something like a Garrett GT2860 or GT3071 with a small exhaust side.
