I am in search of information and/or parts on the HD springs and shocks that some of the countries with rougher roads got. Or at the very least, they longest front springs that are available.

I have a 1995 E320 wagon that is constantly that rides low and I travel rutted roads regularly. I am looking to gain a bit of space between the front fenders and the tires, firm up the ride, as well as some ground clearance as we often drive this car into Mexico when visiting the wife's family and the speed bumps and potholes are ridiculous...

From the searching I've done, the rough road springs some of the other counties received should ride comparable to running lowering sport springs but at a raised height, which sounds perfect for what I am looking for.

Also, the long term plan is to swap a om606 when funds allow, which would add what I estimate would be 200lbs over the M104 that I currently have. So any extra weight barring that the HD spring that provide would save headaches down the road.

If anyone has a India or Africa vin that they would be willing to share for cross reference purposes it would greatly appreciated.

This is the stance I am looking to get:

From all my searching, these seem to be the best front springs for my wagon: http://catalog.centralvalleywholesale.co...oil-spring

If I am unable to find anything else, I will most likely run these springs and a 1" or 1.5" spacer above the 4 nub spring shim.

Looks good, thanks for the info.

What size tires are you running with that setup?
