I belive with HX35 with WG closed, and 160ccm capable pump (100cycles 16cm - 1000 cycles 160ccm) i schould have more power Smile


When camshaft is at 0, on the crankshaft is 2.5 degrees.this according to mechanic means the chain loose 2.5 degrees wenn tension. If injection pump is half way between camshaft and pulling crankshaft  this means pump has 1,25 degrees delay. 

Thats is why engine was set  at 12 degrees after tdc when we installed pump(not dieselmekens required 10). To compensate loose chain.i belive it still shoulb be 0.75 degrees faster.

Pump is adjusted on the bench to 15 degrees(not dieselmekens required 16). My mechanic sais to compensate this  we can now adjust pump up of 10 degrees (11).

Is there an error in this calculayions?

Sean , Booost goes to 2 bar and 5500rpm are max

Brakes 330mm 4 piston brembo CL500, bolt on fit. Longer brake lines. 3mm spacers.
260km/h
2.1 boost for now.
16 inch steel wheels with 20mm spacers.
