Hi i have some driveline vibrations on my 5 speed conversion, the w124 and think the w210 have flex disc that allow for movement to take up vibrations, so my question is as above will a few flex disc from a 124 fit a w123/w126/116??. my car is w116 300sd and they are interchangeable with w123/126.
Thanks

measure the BCD (bolt circle diameter) of your flex disc...since yours is a diesel, it should have the largest 6 hole pattern BCD: 110mm cL to cL (center of hole to center of opposite hole...easiest (and most accurately) measured by taking caliper and measuring across outside of one hole to outside of other hole and then subtracting the diameter of one hole).

The only w124 6 hole 110mm BCD that I know of are diesels with om603 or om606. the V-8's had 8 hole 110mm and in the inline 6's had 100mm (I think) 6 hole BCD.

Which transmission did you use for your conversion? Is is a 5 speed from w123/6?

W123 Mods: 4 speed ** manual climate control ** '85 Kalitucky intake ** manual windows & full tint ** Euro headlights retrofit w/bixenon projectors ** 4 brake light mod ** Vogtland 50mm drop front & Lesjofors S600 drop rear springs ** 16" rims ** late w126 brake spindles, rotors & calipers ** full suspension rehab ** Bilstein HDs ** AL129X alternator & 1/0 starter and charging cables ** 300GD clutch/flywheel ** AFCO 80103N radiator & Earl's 41610 oil cooler ** custom block-off plate, remote oil filter & t-stat ** MW IP w/ tomnik's 6.5mm 'Holly' elements **

S124 Mods: 400E Rear subframe ** SL600 Brakes ** Late 300E 210mm diff ** SLK230 6 speed ** 17" CLK rims ** Vented RF Fender ** Facelift Hood, Headlights, and Lower Cladding **

Hi i bought a pair of flex disc that would suit a om602 td w124 the measurements seem to match up i should have them tuesday so fingers crossed, i put in a 5 speed from a 1984 300d w123 with a m110 flywheel works well so far just a little driveline vibration a certain conditions. My original flex disc are very hard and cracked.
