Heres a quick shot of the rugged work horse i use at my small farm.

Its an 1978 Land Rover with a OM616 in it.. Some Bosch conversions for the electric system and a stock Suffix C gearbox.

An almost indestructible combo.. The Land Rover chassis and the Mercedes Saug Diesel engine..

I´ll put up some more shots of the engine next time i service it.

Very cool. Presuming you're in the UK? We have a lot of nissan LD28 powered landrovers over here, the mercedes aren't as common but the architecture is pretty close.

Im located in Denmark in Northern Europe.. just over the pond from UK Smile

Heres a pic of my first ever w123T being hauled 500 kms, where i traded it in for a nice old rusty GD 300 for the wife Tongue
