Have anyone swapped out the om611 with an om605 or some older diesel engines?
I cant figure out how it will be with the canbus and the starting lock.
So if anyone has done this it would be nice with some guides/ tips about how you did.

Rather than get a 202 with a 605?

Installed:

OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
[i]Less rust..

The idi and cdi ecus are different. Will be fine with mech pump. You'll have to get creative with the VAC kill though
