I remove this injector and pop test them, one of them was doing what this one is doing, big and fat pilot stream before the regular pop, now after cleaning all of them i have 4 injectors with this behavior, they are good or i need new nozzles? If i need them which one is better the monarks or bosios?  https://youtu.be/v9zCSDmqv3k

That does not look right.  But I thought I saw a lot of leaking around the injector which could effect the test.  I would make sure everything is tight and re-test.  If you do another video include the arm in the picture.

It's peeing. It's toast. After 100K, nozzles become worn. To what degree is the question. After 150K, they need replacing. You should have a nice, crisp pop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iksIlypNh8Q

Bosch are the best if you can find them.  I was doing some dyno testing a few years ago and lost HP with the Monarchs.  I put Bosch back in and the HP came back.  I've only run Bosch since them.

Try to find NOS Bosch made in Germany. Right now, Indian made Bosch are batting around 20% fail rate. I get them all the time, and 1 out of 5 will have an issue. I am about positive they are being made in China now for Bosch. Go German or Italian.

Could well be they are good now again.  The video does not give enough information yet.

What is the designation on the nozzle? 240/ or 240- or 240 ?

How many miles on them?

What´s the result of the leakage test? (drops, seconds, pressure loss)

Wow!  I had no idea.  It's getting so difficult to find quality parts. I should've sat back and let you respond.  What brand are the 315 nozzles that you sell?

I generally only sell German Made. You cannot beat real German quality. Period. #315s are Germans. Right now, I already sold one set from my batch of three received. Another set is pending sale. Waiting on $$$, but those are not "reserved" -- it's first pay first gets so to speak. Once the third set sells, I will re-order another batch. Maybe a batch of 5 sets, since I normally have robust sales the last quarter of the year. Not sure why but it seems to work out that way.

The nozzles are 240 but when I get home i will post the right info, miles? A lot to be precise, none of them dripped before pop pressure, peeing through the center pilot hole but that's it they  are sealed until 1950 psi, then you saw what happened, the engine is being a little difficult to start in the morning, but no missses or smoke after warm, nailing noise all the time,  worst in the morning (cold)

I think you are the guy to talk about nozzles, i need maximum mpg, better idle and all around smoothness, no maximum horsepower

Right now i have it at 150 bar and the problem is worst, the pissing is strong, pops and with the spray you can see the pulot streaming,  the idle is completely screwed, pinging and the governor fighting to keep the engine running, smoking a lot and for one reason that i dont know it runs perfectly once going, smoother than ever but the idle is screwed up, i dont know why i cleaned them, they where working fine

If you're looking at MPG (fuel sippers), then #1930s are probably your best bet. They are tough to come by, but I will see if I can get a set if you want one. Let me know. Thanks.
