I never introduced myself here.

I bought this modified 79 240d last year from a member here. It is modified pretty well. It has a om617 infront of a 4spd manual with a vgt turbo and air2water intercooler. It also has vogtland springs and mostly rebuilt front suspension. All this was done by the previous owner.

I've done some maintenance so far. I plan on doing Bilstein shocks, 560sec front brakes, redo the intercooler setup, powdercoat some engine bits, clean up the body, rebuild shifter bushings, and some lightweight clk wheels.

I'll enjoy the car for the rest of the year. I plan on working overseas for 2016.

After I do the shocks, front brake swap, and rebuild the shifter bushings I think I'll put the car up forsale. I'm really trying to wiggle myself into a 911 turbo in the next year or two.
