Im after a pump for my 1997 om606 turbo engine.

Im hoping to have the elements swapped out the EDC pump into the mechnical pump to produce around 250-300hp ( which is already over the limit of my gearbox)

Im located in the UK but if the price + shipping isn't outrageous ill buy from another country.

Thanks Chris.

Id love that super pump, but unfortunately its too much money for me at the moment.

What work would that standard mechanical pump require? Is that the pump i require to swap my larger elements into?

YEs that standard pump is what you buy and fit to make your 606 mechanical, it has 5.5mm elements so can only make 150-160hp stock.

You will need it as a core exchange if you intend to get a Dieselmekken pump in the future, but to get you going it is a direct fit on to your 606 to make it mechanical controlled IP.

This is the same pump as I have fitted to my 606.962 motor with the 6mm elements from it's electric pump swapped over. It's fitted with an outside ALDA supplied by Dieselmeken but fitted by me. Note that this pump ^ has the Bosch lift pump missing. Note also that in the UK the label E300TD refers to 'Touring' in Merc speak and not 'turbo'. RHD E300's were not fitted with turbos.

Thanks Druk,

I could buy that pump, have my elements swapped over.
Then blank off the lift pump hole and use an electric lift pump?

Off to read some more about ALDA's
