Curious if there are any T3 adapters available for the stock triangular flange found on the OM605/606 manifolds. I know I could just have the T3 flange welded on or have a custom adapter made, but I was wondering if there are any nice-looking ones available for purchase.

Something simple like this would work.

It would be even nicer if the circle opening smoothly expanded into the rectangular T3 inlet.

Thanks for any tips.

Not much of a bigger turbo would fit in the space. I know one of the header builders has made them but I don't think they would be cheap. Try F Tune.

Something similar to this would work as well. Though with a lesser angle, because it looks as if a larger turbo would hit the head.

Mine will be for sale soon if you want one, it sits forward a fair amount and has an external wastegate port. No idea of build quality as its wrapped up.

Yeah same here! Wouldn't want much for mine.

Clearance with HX35 as chassis rails are too close to the manifold on most saloons

Installed:

OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
[i]Less rust..

How about adding an extra tube going from the EGR port to the T3 adapter? This should make up for the restrictive flange opening, at least partially, and give the stock manifold a bit more potential without having to modify the manifold itself.
I really like using OEM turbo manifolds when possible, too bad Mercedes chose such a goofy flange.
