What size wastegate did you have additional to your he351ve?
I currently have a measured at 40mm and 44mm wastegate these are measure at the ID of the outlet. These i feel are still too small to bypass the HP turbo.
The problem in G was and so far still is high backpressure on high revs.
I also think those wastegates of yours are too small, get as big as you can for HP bypass.
Found some notes I wrote after dyno sessions on He351V/OM606
-38mm wg, 110cc IP setting, 3,5" dp, 3" exhaust, 1,8bar boost, (backpressure not listed), 381hp
-46mm wg, 130cc, stiffer valve springs, electric fuel pump, 2,5bar boost, 3,0bar backpressure, 390hp
-same as previous, 2,4bar boost, 2,8bar backpressure, 396hp
-150cc, full 3,5" exhaust, 2,0bar boost, 2,8bar backpressure, 388hp
-130cc, 2,0bar boost, 2,8bar backpressure, 402hp
-130cc, Master Power MP58R2 turbo, 2,2bar boost, (backpressure not listed), 446hp
More boost isn't always more power
The first and last runs were with sensible smoke, in the ones in between the world was black
