If it's a mechanical pump then yes I think new elements are needed, if its electronic then 200 hp is fine.

The 6mm elements from the electronic pump can go in the mechanical pump for no ecu 200hp

200hp might be possible with a 6mm pump, but just barely, remember it's only a 4 cylinder. ~180hp should be easy.

The Vito 2.3dt IP has 6mm elements but it's not of the same type as the electronic 6mm so they can actually not deliver more then max 55cc of fuel I'm afraid. You need to either change that to real 6mm elements or go 7.5mm or 8mm.

Otherwise the 2.3dt IP is great. High RS# and easy to mount a throttle linkage on and so on.

I can help you out with all your manual transmission, clutch, flywheel, intake and exhaust manifold issues.

ok, and for me to reach 200whp or 180whp, do i need to get diferent injectors ? which ones, or from what engine ?

if using the original injectors, what do i need to change to reach that power ?

thanks :-)
