Yes, News... had the Car test-running in idle an after a while ist starts pushing out Oil everywehre.

Oil came out of the Turbineweehl, the Sealingrings an even out of the Injectionpump..

Engine really blows massively Air out of everywehre, real high crankcase Pressure... Confused

Next thing I did was a Compression-test.

Results where around 23,4-24,5 Bar throuhg all 5 Cylinders, Pressure Leak test was about 19-20 % Loss on all Cylinders.

My Theory is that i made a Mistake with the Pistonrings wehn i put the Pistons back in the Engine (Put the Pistons out and back in with old Pistonrings)

For know i will take the Engine apart and rebuild it with new Pistonrings an re-hone the Cylinder-Bores.

I hope that will fix the Problem..

All other Optins are checked (Crankcase Ventilation, EngineTiming, Vacuumpump)

Some small Issues to fix but nothing minor.

I also found out the Reason for the extreme high Crankcase Pressure.

Tested at my 603 Daily Driver with Success.

More News tommorrow wehn im at the Garage.
