hello i have been on here for awhile but never posted anything any way a few days ago i got a w124 e300 estate for breaking but i kind of got attached to it so my plans are 606a super turbo im not an expert so im sorry if i ask a pile of dumb questions

Great pics of the teardown! How hard was fitting the NA intake cam? Did you change up the timing or just put it in the stock position? I bet that broken head bolt was frustrating Smile

did you get a complete gasket kit for it?
with head gasket and such?
I cant find a complete kit for it :o

car looks nice, hope u get some real power out of it Wink

Changed to OM606.962 From the old 81 Benz
4" dp, 3,5" stainless from DP out.
8mm dieselmeken pump att 180cc
BW kkk K29 turbo, 15cm hot side
home made flywheel with sachs 765PP and original mercedes 240mm organic disc  
6speed cdi box
4,5" humongus cooler

with head gasket and such?
I cant find a complete kit for it :o

car looks nice, hope u get some real power out of it Wink

thanks was OK to fit the cam im not really sure if there's much difference in the cams i don't know how to measure them right i just measured the lobe hight with a cheap pair of calipers the NA cam is like 1/2 mm maybe 1mm bigger cant remember lol yeah the broken cam bolt was annoying had the cam nicely timed and fitted then i couldn't find the torque setting found an old book with a 603 torque setting assumed it would be the same obviously not torqued 5 of them before that one broke lol was easy to fix just had to take the cams out again and it came out by hand

yeah got it on ebay it was a head gasket set and a bottom set the head set was for 606 turbo from the w210 and bottom set was from a w124 e300 606 NA just email him and ask him what your looking for
it didn't have the valve cover gasket and the water pump gasket
