my name is Kay and I am from Germany.... My project is to have a powerful Diesel in Granpa Look.... The car looks like an 300D for old men....

This are my first ideas.... I Started with the Project this Monday (18.08.2014)

looks good, any suspension or braking upgrades planned for the sleeper nature of it? cant lose those porsches on the corners

nonono, w115 is for old men
Have you checked the cam timing and added roll pins to lock the gears in place? It sounds like the gears can slip on the camshaft when under a lot of power

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?

Does the tube wall thickness seem reasonable?
Are the weld penetrations good?
Flanges flat, tube/flange merging smooth etc?
Looks sweet, you've done more in a week than I've done in 4 years..
Installed:
OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
