Hi!

What's there to now about the 722.317? I've just pulled one out a '87 300D Turbo. What baffels me is that it seems it was only used in '87. Is it good, is it bad? For the moment it's the smoothest shifting diesel-trans I know - I'll kep it as a spare in case my 564kkm .357 should break.

So far I found out that it has slightly different gearing... But the diaphragmn is the black one like on the .357 and it los makes use of the BUFO. Shoud be a direct replacement then, right?
