I am about to pull some parts from an 83 240TD W123 wagon, factory five speed Big Grin .The engine and the transmission are already gone, they are in my green w123 wagon, and i am going to remove some interior bits. Center console, dashboard , some switches etc. before i scrap it. The problem is it stood out in the open field for about 5 years and is full of wasps.
There are at least 3 nests and i have no idea how to get rid of them.
Does anybody have an idea ?

Need to smoke them out makes them confused & disorantated , then be brave & move the nest out into the field , or burn the nest once there removed from the car

I wonder if putting a cover over the car would make it too hot for the wasps, making them leave in peace.
Or just napalm them fuckers! Black market DDT, anyone?

I just sprayed the shit out the nest with some of that wasp killer shit and ran for the hills

best bet is to get one of those fumigator can things, open that in the car and try to cover it as fast as you can.

then run, run very far and fast.

Do it all at night so more of them are back home in the nest

-1982 300D Turbo, 280k miles, ALDA apparently maxxed, fram 8038, 12 lbs boost, non-egr manifolds, W/M injection, 4 brake light mod, Gen II w126 front rotors/calipers, 4-speed swap
In the works: A/W IC, adjust pump, turbo rebuild (w/60 trim comp wheel)
-1980 300SD, 110k, project car. Goal is to get it lookin' like it did on the showroom floor (body and interior wise, not necessarily under the hood )
-1974 240D, FRESH PAINT!!!!!!
