The turbo info plate says:

serial. 752467
engine- 3LD
Hey guys , can someone more common with the holset turbos tell me more about one turbine which I wanna buy. My plans are for around 350-390 hp from om605 engine. Will it work for me or how many hp you think it can blow. Thaks you in andvance and wish you the best.

3LD is not an engine, it is an ANCIENT Holset turbocharger, they have all been obsoleted a while back and I suggest you get yourself something newer and more up to date instead of ruining your OM605 with a slow and poor performing turbocharger based on 40-50 year old turbo technology...
Putting that on your om605 would be the equivalent of swapping the om605 for a om616
