Hi

For a power of between 300.350 hp in a om605, what line of exhaust should I do? 70mm or 76mm?

How much is 3" turbo back exhaust taking on a om605 before it needs to be bigger? Smile

I know ill catch shit for this...but i think 3 inch with a proper muffler and pipe work is sufficient for 550hp

I made 400whp with a gas 4 cylinder (Conquest/Starion) on 2.5 exhaust.

thanks guys! Smile I ask because I have a problem with the Space, 3" is the biggest I can have past the gearbox, any bigger and I must cut out the floor. I can make the first 50cm or so of the downpipe after turbo in 3,5", if that helps any Smile

3" is good enough.

You can push a lot of power trough a small pipe. But bigger is better...

Build 3" that will work for most power outputs. Just keep the heat in the system for as long as you can to maintain gas velocity.

I can help you out with all your manual transmission, clutch, flywheel, intake and exhaust manifold issues.
