02-28-2014, 10:36 PM #1I was wondering if the 220, 270, 320 and other cdi engines have the same style of injectors? I am thinking on dimensions and length
4, 5 and 6 cylinders but w/s210 and w/s211 has not the same injector since rail pressure has increased from 1350 to 1650 bars

As fare as I know the only difference is that

Do you know if the body of the injector itself is the same? i have heard that vag 2.5tdi injectors fits cdi engines?

If you have any further information about vag 2.5 tdi injectors fit Mercedes it would be interesting to know since there seams to be a lot of tuning on those engines since I am looking for bigger injectors then those from the Mercedes C30 amg, I will speak with bosch motorsport germany because bosch sweden can not help and though I have offer Diesel meken some payment for finding bigger ones no respond, all information according to bosch shall be accessible in the test equipment.
May I ask what are you up to do?

As fare as I remember there is same number on my 270 and 320 and if you look at

be careful what you are looking for.
You are mixing Common-Rail injector numbers with distributor pump injector numbers, so that will never ever fit to each other.
Even the change of 1 digit in the last 3 of the numbers can change the whole thing to a different physical injector size. (passenger car --> HD truck)
