I bet the transmission was flaring. As far as sound it sound normal to me? The camera sounds weird because of air noise?

Tranny flare is very possible. I'm just ready for an on60x....
Love the 617, but no matter how much you polish a turd, in the end you still have a turd.

I love my 617 also! But I like power and reliability in the same package Wink

617's can make power, just not as easy as the 60x engines Smile

I "miss" my turd but only because it was my first benz. The 60x engines are so much quieter and run so smooth it's amazing... Just have to watch out for deals. Both of my w124's were <$900 Big Grin

'98 E300 Turbo "Juliette" - Brabus wheels and almost all the options a w210 could have
'87 300D Turbo "Roxanne" - #22 head - 400E brakes - EGR Delete - 17" Staggered AMG 5 spoke rims from CLK500 - 5 Spd manual
2007 Chevy 2500HD CCSB Duramax with about 400-500 rwhp depending on the tune I use Big Grin
1983 300D Silver Exterior/Black inside - Sold and will be missed, may we never meet in a PnP.

OOOH Snap thats my car lol Big Grin My friend posted that video almost 2 years ago. My SDL actually has 7.5mm elements and the whole setup was a test to see what will work... So there was lots for room for improvement, the intercooler was really small and the fuel filter/lines/pump where all stock. But still it would lose traction in second after turbo would spool with 245's on rear Big Grin Heart The transmission would take a very long time to shift but once it did it WENT!!! At this moment the whole car is apart with lots of new upgrades! Im planning to share pics and videos as soon as I finish and everything is successful Angel
