I am going to match a zf gs6-53dz to my om606 superturbo! (will make project thread when my days goes from 24h to 34h
)Tomorrow I will be doing the last work on my jig. Was thinking of milling both surfaces of mercbox and zf box before welding to be sure its straight.
Is there any secrets of removing the zf bellhousing? Read somewhere that you need to remount the mainaxel with slidinghammer and specialtool to get the inputbearing all the way back into bellhousing?
