I dont think theres anything you can do about the rear, well not that i've heard of. I was toying with the idea of using adjustable spring perches with adjustable damping shocks, but that will have to wait a while. Maybe you could give it a go and report back?

You can modify E36 front coilovers to fit. You should be able to find some that have adjustable damping.
