So, my 87 sits even and high all the way around. I'm assuming this is the factory ride hight. The 94 I bought as a face lift car sits much lower. I know that the front springs on this car are new. Would moving the spring to the 87 drop it to the same stance as the 94 has? Is that really all there is to it?

The rims from the 94 will be moved over to the 87 as well, I noticed there is a big difference in tire size between the 2. Might be why my 87 speedo if off by almost 15mph

Is your 94 a sportline? Sure looks like it. Also the 87 looks like its riding too high, someone put in the wrong nubbed spring shims?

What engine is in the donor? If the front of the '87 is heavier than the donor, expect ride height to be even lower than the donor vehicle once you swap the springs.

The tire/wheel package should be the same diameter with the newer wheels having more offset.

The 87 rides totally level. Has the wrong sized tires on it, odometer is off by 15mph. Course, buying new rubber for it when I put on the rims from the 94.

I don't think the 94 is a sportline. The front spring is new in the 94, so would be nice to use it. The engine is of course teh m108 so I'm think much lighter than the om603.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to just put it in and try.
