first of all it's an om606 engine with kkk k27 turbo
problem that i cant get no boost even aT 5k rpm i cant get over 1bar
3inch exaust
7.5mm elements
255 walbro pre pump
presure regulator
tubular manifold

i got a lot of smoke but no drive at all

Sounds like waste gate stuck open

'82 300D -3" straight pipe, ALDA deleted, 3in1 glowshift gauge, HX30, egr-less manifold, A/W intercooler Big Grin

'14 Ram 6.7l cummins -G56 handshaker, wishing it was deleted

In my Fiat Uno Turbo 1.6 I use a K27.2 from a Iveco 7,7 liter Bus, and months ago only boost at 1,0 bar, take off the turbo and was the wastegate, it not closed at 100% and exhaust gases not moves the turbine Ok. I clean it with WD40, and copper grease , hoping exhaust-intake manifold gasket from Argentina to see if it goes at 1,5 bar.
