Can you tell us more about the thought on this design?

Is the narrow long passage supposed to space out the flow more evenly? On first look it seems more of a restriction.

Btw- the manifold is nicely constructed, you should upload the pictures on this site so it can be preserved here just in case your hosting link breaks.

Gota love Mercedes Diesels!

nice manifold. nice welds.

how much better is the dual plenum than the likes of this manifold?

[Image: images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSLk6LZjGk0wjDRoHYEME1...KFEvouE4Cz]

just wondering as this seems designed for equal flow as well.

I would really like to see the calculation behind for making this construction and measurement how it did effect the volumetric efficiency for engine in compare to the original, this construction can only have one top for high volumetric efficiency and I bet it would be at low rpm, perhapes that was the intention

for turbobanditens plenum I do not think it fits that well to the om606.962 depending of the fit of the injectors for the gasoline engine it was constructed for.

Nice welding by the way

Can't you just cut off one of the plenums and then it fits a 605?

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?
