Hello, im planning to build om606 superturbo in my w202 c220. I have a bmw gearbox that i will cut and weld but what diff and driveshafts should i use that can hold the power? Is there any LSD differential for w202?

I am not sure if there was a w202 LSD option. Most likely ASD or ASR.

I do believe the w202 uses the same diff case type as in the w201/w124. There is a w201 190 16v 3.27 ratio LSD, then there are ASD 3.07 and 3.27 from the w124 that you can swap the carrier to make a LSD. But the problem with those is that they have a 185mm gear set and I don't think it will handle the power I assume you will be making. So upgrading to a 210mm gear set would be a better choice.
You probably have to make yourself one though through buying the carrier from the dealer (less than a $1000 USD) or salvaging a carrier from a donor diff.

Here is a post of a member making a w124 LSD from parts off a w126 differential.

If you want to use mostly stock parts get the differential, axles, and maybe subframe if it is necessary from a CLK55. You then can put a Quaife atb in the differential. Just get a custom driveshaft made. You should be set to go after that.
