1987 Mercedes 300SDL Super Turbo Restore/Project
I am not sure if there are any events or car clubs for old diesel Benz's around where I live in California, but I think it would be cool if some of the members from the forum got together and did a road trip thing or diesel Benz car show. Its just a thought. Like do a day trip drive to Yosemite or something. Just a chance to get together and chat Mercedes, share stories, show off our cars. Anyone interested?

Ya that is a good idea. Like NorCal/CenCal Diesel MB Owners. Just meet up talk cars and have a nice drive to somewhere fun.

-1982 300D Turbo, 280k miles, ALDA apparently maxxed, fram 8038, 12 lbs boost, non-egr manifolds, W/M injection, 4 brake light mod, Gen II w126 front rotors/calipers, 4-speed swap
In the works: A/W IC, adjust pump, turbo rebuild (w/60 trim comp wheel)
-1980 300SD, 110k, project car. Goal is to get it lookin' like it did on the showroom floor (body and interior wise, not necessarily under the hood )
-1974 240D, FRESH PAINT!!!!!!

Your not to far from me. I am about an hour and a half from Fresno.
