I have a kit to convert the electric speedo drive used in the 81-84 300SD to the cable drive of the 82-84 300D/CD/TD. Will also work for converting the oddball 1981 300TD to cable drive.

Pictures at request, make an offer.

No. The 300SD uses a speed sensor instead of a cable for the speedo/odometer.

What I have swaps the tailhousing and the drive gear.
