I want to buy the basket part that is used during the removal of the injection pump. I think these come installed on 603s.

If you're referring to the one required for a 606 engine I got mine from my nearest stealer and was mucho surprised by the price.

82pence in British money or approx. $1.00. That was last year about this time. It can't have gone up by much since then?

Buy a bunch and ship them here. According to some guys on PP they're no longer available in the US and the dealer quoted them like $200. They used to be $8 stateside

The possibility of this has just gone down a notch or two. Phoned my dealer to ask and the price here has jumped to £129GBP + 20% tax.
They confirmed the 2011 price. Shurely shomeone at head office made a mishtake with the original price.
Either way...that's what you call inflation. Angry

If anyone wants the measurements to make one up I'm happy to oblige.

Also...the pump locking peg which was £11.30GBP in late 2011 is now £43.50 + 20% tax

Big Grin. You know where it is.

Car nearly ready for test-run. Sometime in next two weeks. Might drop it off if the opportunity arises.
